“In June 2025, I led my very first yoga retreat in Sintra, Portugal! We had an amazing time. Our morning yoga classes were unhurried, enabling us to work very deeply and make profound discoveries. In the afternoons, we toured the beautiful sights of Sintra- the coastline, beach, an historic palace, and wine tasting. After returning to our quaint B&B, I would lead a Restorative Yoga practice to help relieve our aching feet, so we all felt rejuvenated by the evening. Many of our delicious meals were prepared by a private chef that accommodated all of our dietary needs.

I’m hoping to make it annual tradition!
